This is a matching set of three 1943 Netherlands 1 Gulden banknotes (Muntbiljet) featuring Queen Wilhelmina, a symbol of fierce anti-Nazi resistance. The reverse side prominently showcases the iconic crowned Dutch coat of arms featuring the lion rampant and the timeless national motto: "Je Maintiendrai" (I will maintain).
