This charming page of European ephemera features a pastel painting by Oszkár Glatz of a barefoot young shepherd boy playing a wooden flute while seated outdoors. The backside has a historical Hungarian article titled "Ceremonial Carriages", illustrated with black-and-white photographs displaying ornate royal carriages, an intricate close-up of a decorative wheel, and a museum gallery exhibition line-up.

This individual leaf has been removed from a nearly-antique Hungarian book titled A Pesti Hírlap Vasárnapja 1930-1931 that contained highlights of the Sunday newspaper. It is from the section March 30, 1930.

Condition: The delicate, double-sided printed page shows signs of its age with yellowing, creasing, and edge wear consistent with being a genuine 1930s artifact. There is a small tear at the bottom corner that can be hidden in a frame. There is a small white mark near the boy's foot.

Size: Approximately 27 x 19 cm, with variances on corners, sides, and edges.

Uses: This versatile piece is perfect for framing as a vintage print, but its authentic age also makes it a dream find for junk journaling, scrapbooking, and mixed media collage. It serves as a unique reference for fashion historians or a distinct photography prop. Whether you use it for decoupage or as a standout gift, this page offers an endless creative window into the past.
