How do I do a crystal layout with Smoky Quartz?
The possibilities are endless, but here is one ritual to get you started:
-
Lie comfortably on the floor or your bed.
-
Surround your body with Smoky Quartz tumbled stones.
-
Place one tumbled stone on your Third Eye chakra (at your forehead).
-
Point your large Smoky Quartz wands outward from your body.
-
Listen to the Smoky Quartz guided meditation and visualize bad vibrations and tension flowing out of your body through the points, the tumbled stones creating a safety armor around your aura, and the stone on your Third Eye bringing you clarity.
