The owner of this shop is simply amazing. Not only are the bracelets absolutely beautiful and excellent quality, but Shelia accommodated to me so incredibly well. I have never ordered or sized bracelets before, and I messed up twice on sizing; Shelia easily helped me through this issue by restringing and reshipping the bracelets both times (for free, even though these were my own mistakes!) She also guided me through how to size bracelets correctly. She responded to my message before I even left the Etsy app, within 10 minutes. It’s extremely obvious how much Shelia cares about her customers, and she truly put so much effort into getting me what I needed.
