Vintage Postcard RPPC Musical Bells Bok Singing Tower Lake Wales Florida Pool

The social history captured in the handwritten message offers a stunning, poetic travel log from an early 1930s visitor:

"This Singing Tower built by Edw. Bok near Lake Wales, Fla. the highest point of land in the state. It is of light yellow marble. 61 bells in the tower. Fla. trees, shrubs, flowers and birds are in the park around the tower. An Easter service to be on hill top near tower and music by the bells. We visited the place a few weeks ago. The music and beauty of it all seemed like a wonderful dream."
