This historic Hungarian fiscal note is dated May 28, 1946, and was issued during the most extreme hyperinflation episode in global history. Designed as an Adójegy (Tax Notice) valued at Egyszázezer (100,000) Adópengő, it features a highly detailed, classical ornamental border layout printed in a rich violet-brown color palette. Originally created as a stable fiscal accounting unit to collect taxes, these documents were forced into emergency service as standard circulating paper currency when the regular Pengő collapsed completely.

The note grades in Fine (F) condition, displaying a heavily softened paper body with prominent intersecting folds, frayed edges, and several small margin tears consistent with extensive commercial circulation during the hyperinflation crisis.
