Quartz is known as an all-purpose healer for all the chakras. You can also consider a chakra set that includes a stone for each of the major chakras. As for as the the Third eye Chakra, you can see the recommended stones at: https://satincrystals.com/pages/healing-the-6th-third-eye-chakra

There are no stone or healing methods that can change anyone else’s mind or behavior. You can only change your own attitude towards their opinions.
