Social History: Sent from Lebanon, New Hampshire, to Mrs G.E. Page in Lunenburg, Massachusetts:

"How is all the folks? Are they still wondering where I am. I am sorry for Servicls but I couldn't help it. W.C. Dear Luscia; I got your letter all O.K. We are well and happy. H. said she would write latter. We read off what you sent before me....Never mind us will live just the same."

Scene: A tranquil, impressionistic photo of a sunset over Mascoma Lake in East Lebanon, New Hampshire, with a weathered wooden rowboat on the rocky, sun-dappled shore. Across the water, the distant shoreline is lined with dark evergreen trees and a white cottage or boathouse nestled among the foliage.

Era: Divided Back (c. 1907–1915)

Size: Standard 3.5 x 5.5"

Type: Lithograph

Publisher: The Hugh C. Leighton Co., Portland, ME

Condition: Features a noticeable clipped/damaged top right corner on the reverse side. The card shows general age-toning. Despite the corner loss, the image on the front remains attractive, and all handwriting is clear.

This is an authentic vintage item. Use the zoom tool to inspect the photos for a detailed view of the condition.
