"Dear Brother, Jill(?) was operated on Monday morning. stood it fine and the Dr. says is getting along just fine. B.F. and I are both here with her and we are both about worn out. I will try and write you a letter as soon as I can. I don't feel like writing or anything else. Hope you are well. Will write as often as I can. This is the hospital we are at if you write soon.
