What club am I in?

Everyone who subscribes to our emails automatically becomes a part of the Satin Crystals VIP club. If you see our newsletters landing in your inbox, you are a part of this club! 

Garnet and Ruby Club members receive an additional email in January regarding your status. You also see a discount on your order when you enter the above mentioned club codes.

How do I add a Club Code?

Elite VIP will see a discount when they add codes GARNET3 for Garnet club members and RUBY5 for Ruby club members. When you reach the final checkout page, enter your code in the discount box:

Great news! Your club code can be combined with gift cards and most other discount codes.

Here is an example of combining codes at checkout:

Look here! You can add multiple codes, such as UNBOXED. This is a product discount available to any customer who doesn't need their item in deluxe Satin Crystals boxes and would rather have simpler packaging.

How can I maintain or upgrade my status?

VIP tiers are assigned yearly.

Here are the qualifying terms for January, 2025:

  • Ruby members must be subscribed to Satin Crystals emails and have spent $1000 or more in 2024. Be sure you are logged into your account every time you order.
  • Garnet members must be subscribed to Satin Crystals emails and have spent $300 or more in 2024. Be sure you are logged into your account every time you order.
  • Satin Crystals Club members must be subscribed to Satin Crystals emails. Be sure you are logged into your account every time you order so that you can upgrade to Garnet or Ruby status the next year.

Those who cannot maintain their status will be removed or reassigned. However, you can easily bounce back the next January by being active again.

Hi Lisa, thanks for your message. Were you able to login to your account? If not, you can reset the password where it says “Forgot your Password?” at https://satincrystals.com/account/login

I have personally emailed you a screenshot of the link boxed in red, in case you need it.

To protect your privacy, we do not have access to any passwords you create, but you are always welcome to change your passwords if you forget it!
