How do you prepare for the Jade meditation?

Gather your Jade gemstones and find a calm, comfortable place to meditate. Pick a relaxing zen garden, meditation room, or a quiet nook of your home. Cleanse the energy of your space with sage, incense, palo santo, or candlelight before beginning the meditation.

For this meditation, you want as many Jade Stones as possible, both in gemstone and jewelry form. Place them around your space. Have one or two stones to hold during the meditation. Wear your Jade jewelry to amplify your experience.

Prepare a glass of water and a set of Moqui Marbles, or your favorite grounding Earth stones. Keep them nearby so you can easily access them right after the meditation. The Moqui Marbles and the water help you anchor back to reality after your etheric body has been floating through the spiritual realm.

"What would it feel like to be luckier? Would you have more friends? Would you win more games? Would you capture more love? Take three large breaths in and out. With each inhale, imagine the lucky power of Jade filling your aura. With each exhale, release your problems from your mind. From this moment onward, you are opening yourself to luck, wealth, and good fortune."

"What is luck?"

Lucky for you, not only is Jade the stone of good luck, but it is also a dream clarifier. You are going to use your Jade crystal to clarify the meaning of luck. That way, you know exactly what luck to create for yourself.

Now, imagine yourself in a land far, far away, entering a gorgeous green temple made of pure Jade. This is a temple of peace and prosperity. It is a sacred place where positive energy prevails, where dreams always come true. Imagine that you are inside this temple, looking up at the giant Jade pillars that lead your eyes to a celestial crystal ceiling. You are surrounded by lucky Jade and its magical powers."

What do I do Post-Meditation?

You may feel like you are in an altered state of mind after doing this meditation. That's because your frequency has been enhanced to a higher level. Allow yourself time to enjoy this natural high. Then, slowly reintegrate into the physical world.

Hold onto your Moqui stones to completely realign with reality. Drink the water that you had placed nearby.

When you are in a comfortable physical and mental state, you can begin reflecting upon your experience. Share your thoughts, feelings, and visions with others in the meditation group.

If you practiced this meditation alone, you can journal your experiences or simply enjoy the sensations. Think about the messages and visions you received and how they can help you in life.

Hello! I am interested in purchasing a jade bangle and I have measured my wrist according to your directions however, I am worried about the possibility of sizing myself incorrectly.
