Hi, my name is Sheila Satin and I'm the jewelry designer here at the Satin Crystals boutique. Today I'm going to show you how to wear gemstone cufflinks. Click on the video to watch the tutorial.
The first thing you will need is a proper shirt with french cuffs. French cuffs have button holes on both ends of the cuffs, but no buttons. Instead of buttons, you will insert gemstone cufflinks into the holes to secure your cuffs.
Once you have a proper shirt, this is how you insert our Blue Kyanite bullet-back cufflinks into the cuffs. The bullet-back has a little tab at the bottom. Flip it vertically to insert it into the cuff holes. Either line up the cuff holes and insert the cufflink in all at once or if you are new to the movement, just insert the cufflink slowly, layer by layer.
In the video, I have a double cuff shirt on, so there are four cufflink holes. You can also buy a cufflink shirt with a single cuff which will have just two holes to get through.
Once you get to the end of your cuff, the bullet-back tab just needs to be flipped horizontally to secure the cufflink in place.
You are now ready to attend your event formally accessorized.
