Japanese Pagoda Lantern standing elegantly within Mt. Baker Park in Seattle, Washington, a historic stone Pagoda Lantern framed beside a vibrant, blooming floral hedge and the shores of Lake Washington. The lantern was presented to the city of Seattle in 1913 as a gesture of international goodwill by Kojiro Matsukata, a prominent businessman and art collector from Kobe, Japan.
