My dear E.: — am away down here going to school again. Have wanted and hoped that I could come for more than three years and am very happy, working hard too & every minute is occupied. The address 708 Spruce Street in Philadelphia has a rich history that aligns perfectly with the message about someone "going to school again."  In 1891, the house became the Church Training and Deaconess House for the Diocese of Pennsylvania. It was a school where women were trained for religious and social work.
