Vintage Banknote Consecutive Pair Indonesia 1000 Rupiah UV Boat Soldiers

These are consecutive pair of two original 1000 Seribu Rupiah banknotes issued by Bank Indonesia dated from the Year 2000. Features a powerful portrait of the national hero Kapitan Pattimura, a brave Malukan soldier who led a famous 1817 revolt against the Dutch colonial empire. He is depicted holding a traditional parang cleaver.

Security: Under UV, the serial number glows a vibrant, sharp neon-yellow. A glowing, bright pink security thread. A watermark profile of Cut Nyak Dhien, a fierce female guerrilla leader who fought against Dutch colonial forces in Aceh.
