Jewelry Restringing Fees
Is your jewelry starting to droop? To keep your jewelry maintained, restring your stretch bracelets when they start to loose elasticity or fray. Restring your necklaces if they are getting weak.
Your best option is to watch YouTube tutorials and learn the restringing process yourself. Otherwise, you can take it to a crafty friend or local jewelry shop for repair.
Satin Crystals accepts select restringing projects, depending on complexity. We offer restringing of stretch bracelets, wired necklaces, and earrings. We do not do metalsmithing. Contact us for a quote.
Here are the starting prices for repair:
Stretch Bracelets $30+/per bracelet
Clasp Bracelets $35+/per bracelet
Necklaces $50+per necklace
Earrings $30+/per pair
Return Shipping (USA) $8 standard
Do you offer discounts for Satin Crystals jewelry repair?
Restringing and resizing Satin Crystals jewelry is complimentary for 30 days after order delivery date. Beyond this period, you get 20% discount off the quoted price. Have your order number ready when asking for discounted restringing. You are responsible for shipping fees. Contact us for a quote.
This service may be revoked or changed any time upon our discretion. Bead replacement is not included in the fees. Find more information in the section below.
Do you offer bead replacement?
Replacing lost or damaged beads is complimentary within the first 30 days of your purchase, during the return and exchange period.
If a couple beads from your Satin Crystals bracelet or necklace become damaged after the return period, you may request a repair quote.
If a big portion of your jewelry is damaged, we may recommend purchasing a new item. If your jewelry was ordered over a year ago, we may recommend purchasing a new item. If the beads you desire are out of stock, we may recommend purchasing a new item.
This service is done on a case to case basis for VIP members only. You will be responsible for shipping cost. Contact us for a quote.
Do you make custom crystal jewelry?
Unfortunately, due to time constraint, we decline most custom jewelry requests. Sheila Satin is our only designer and is also in charge of other aspects of the business. We recommend finding a talented jewelry designer on Etsy to help you create your dream piece.
If it is a small adjustment to designs that we already carry, we may be able to assist. Contact us for a quote.
