How do you prepare for the Amazonite meditation?
Amazonite crystals and an open mindset are essential for your meditation session. Gather up your Amazonite crystals and jewelry. If you need authentic stones for this meditation, we invite you to explore the Amazonite Collection.
Find a desirable space to do your meditation. A quiet room or garden could be ideal. Cleanse the energy of your space with sage, incense, palo santo, or candlelight.
After you are set up, prepare a glass of water and a pair of Moqui Marbles, or your favorite grounding Earth Stones. Keep them nearby so you can easily grab them right after the meditation. The Moqui Marbles and the water help you anchor back to reality after your etheric body has been floating through the spiritual realm.

While you may be gone for just a few minutes in time, you will return feeling fully refreshed, as if you went on a seaside holiday. Let’s begin!"
From the Body:
"How is it that you are feeling good right now, but so often overwhelmed and in the physical world? Amazonite has an answer.
The crystal in your hand represents calm serenity. This is often lacking in your everyday life because of two types of stress that burden you. The first is external, society-made stress. The second is internal, self-made stress. You are going to practice reducing them both.
As you gaze over the surface of the sea, think about a few society-made stresses that are bothering you right now. It could be a nosy neighbor getting on your nerves, the pressure to get promoted at work, or the gloom and doom of the daily news. You are bombarded by societal stress; it’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed!
Now imagine throwing each one of those stresses into the sea, as though you are skipping rocks. Watch them bounce across the surface of the water, and eventually disappear as they sink right in. Each worry travels out of sight and out of mind. You will feel lighter after releasing so many rocks. Take some time to throw out each stone of societal stress that is bothering you now."
What do I do Post-Meditation?
Immediately following the meditation, you may feel like you are in an altered state of mind. That's because your frequency has been enhanced to a higher level than normal. Allow yourself time to enjoy this natural high, and slowly reintegrate back to the physical world.
Hold onto your Moqui stones to completely realign with reality, and drink the water that was placed nearby.
When you are in a comfortable mental state, you can begin reflecting upon your experience. Share your thoughts, feelings, and visions with others in the meditation group.
If you practiced the meditation alone, you can journal your experiences or simply enjoy the sensations. Think about the messages and visions you experienced, and how they can help you in life.
