Social History: The card is addressed to Radio Canada in Montreal, the country's national public broadcaster, using a form-style postcard specifically printed for communication from Quebec City Hall.

For decades, "Box 6000" was the most famous address in French Canada, used as the primary hub for national contests on the public broadcaster!

Scene: The front depicts Quebec City Hall, a grand Second Empire-style building completed in 1896. The image shows the building's historic facade partially obscured by mature trees, highlighting its architectural prominence in Old Quebec.

Postal History: A bilingual postal slogan cancel: "Indiquez le numéro de l’app / Use Apt Numbers – Speed Delivery." This reflects the mid-century push for mail efficiency as urban populations grew
