Are you fascinated with swords, knives, daggers; anything that can defend you in a noble fight? Have you heard of the Phurba dagger? Better yet, a crystal version?
Anybody can pull out a gun. Not many people have the technical skills or suave to wield a beautiful crystal pointed weapon.
The Phurba may not be called a weapon, but this dagger is a guardian against evil spirits. It is a three-headed wand that protects you from all angles.
The Phurba has been used in Tibetan tradition for centuries. Most commonly you will find the Phurba dagger cast in metal. In crystal healing, we have spectacular stone carvings of the Quartz Phurba. I've never attempted it myself, but I can appreciate how difficult it is to hand carve one of these ornate beauties.
Phurbas are used in Tibetan spiritual rituals. However, you can use these gemstone Phurbas as traditional magic wands in your practice. The energy of the stone can channel outward by turning the pointed end where you want the energy to be directed. You can also display it on your mantel or place it in your healing space. This dagger will surely turn heads. Get it?!!!
Although defending yourself through medieval ways remains a fantasy, the crystal Phurba has a modern-day function of protecting your energetic self. You can find it carved from different gemstones like Aventurine, Rose Quartz, and Amethyst to meet your various crystal healing needs.
Whether wielding its pointed end or directing the three heads for protection, this wand helps your spiritual energies remain intact.
Are you excited to try out a crystal Phurba? Do you know what you will defend against? We'd love to hear from you, whether you have personal stories to share or questions about crystal healing. You can comment on the blog below.
