How do I prepare for the crystal egg meditation?

To prepare for the meditation, you need one or more crystal eggs, a few minutes of time, and a desire to better yourself.

These transformative words are designed to work with crystal eggs. You can intuitively choose a gemstone egg that attracts you. There are many colorful picks in the Satin Crystals Egg Collection.

What do I do Post-Meditation?

Thanks for writing, Zoe! I’m so happy to hear that guided meditations are making a positive impact on your life :)

We write and video-record a crystal meditation each time we campaign a crystal. The next two in line are Serpentine and Larimar.

Amber and Turquoise have not been done yet but will eventually be campaigned (along with hundreds of other stones!). Herkimer Diamond will not have an individual meditation made because it’s a form of Quartz, which already has a guided Quartz meditation. This is the link:
