Vintage Postcard Germany Segringer Strasse Medieval Town Green Van Street Life

Social History: Dinkelsbühl is one of the few remaining walled medieval towns in Germany, famously spared from destruction during the Thirty Years' War. This card captures the Romantic Road aesthetic that became a cornerstone of West German tourism in the 1950s and 60s. 

Scene: A classic street scene showing the colorful medieval gable-fronted houses leading toward the Segringer Gate. Look closely, and you can see a vintage green delivery van parked under the tree on the right.
